3. Grievance Redressal Procedure

Any grievance related to (i) WealthXplore Services/Reports (ii) non-receipt of research report or services (iii) missing pages or inability to download the entire report, shall be escalated promptly by the Client to Mr. Nitin Sharma

Note: WealthXplore shall make best efforts to resolve client grievances within 7 business working days. However, in cases requiring more time, we will adhere to SEBI’s prescribed resolution timeline under the RA Regulations.

Alternative: SMART ODR Portal

  • Clients may initiate dispute resolution via the Smart ODR Portal at any stage unless under arbitration or court proceedings.
